HOW THIS SERVICE WORKS

You don't have
to carry it out.

Attic, basement, backyard or office — the lifting is part of the service, so you can start with a conversation instead of moving everything yourself.

The full scope, discussed first
A cleanout looks different for every property. Talk through what needs to go, where it is located and how access works before anything is arranged, so the work and the price are clear up front.
Basements, attics and whole properties
From one room to a property full of belongings, the crew takes care of the lifting and loading from inside the property — you do not have to carry everything out first.
Donation and recycling where possible
Whenever possible, usable goods are donated to local charities and materials are recycled instead of going straight to a landfill. Ask about the items in your cleanout when you call.

Tell us what needs to go.
Call or text with the items, your town and where everything is located. Mention stairs or other access details.
Discuss the work and price.
Pricing typically considers the space your items take up, the labor involved and heavy material disposal needs.
Let us handle the lifting.
Once you arrange your service, our crew takes care of the lifting and loading. You can focus on what comes next for your space.
